  My partner and I went there to buy all the tiles for our house. We purchases tiles for the kitchen, 3 bathroom and an utility room. The employees gave us good advise and provided us suggestions with the colours. They also suggested that we should buy extra tiles because of the cuts. In particular, I asked directly them whether it is possible to return the extra tiles and their answers was "yes, no problem!". Our surprise came when we returned the tiles, they charged us 30% of the price of the returned tiles. They guys never said anything of this change when we asked them!! Instead, they say that is was written in a yellow page with black letter on the wall, which it is impossible to read unless you have a magnifying glass! They also say that is was in the invoice (also written down using the tiniest font size ever), but they fail to point us to it upon our question! As a defence mechanism, they accused Tesco to hide its return policy even more than them! We feel that this was a very cheeky move considering the amount of money we left there. Several people in the building side has asked ir where we bought the tiles but we discourage people from going there! Disappointing!!
