  Really appualed by DFS costumer service! They were due to delivery sofas on the 1st of March 2018. Due to snow they cancelled delivery. They have failed miserably to make my oder that was cancelled, a priority for delivering. I rang them up twice regarding order and everytime it was a different story. Last phone call they said sofas was due in shop the next day. I requested a delivery for Friday, day after sofas arrived in shop, lady said she will make a note about my request. She was also informed of the fact that we now have been waiting and been without sofas fo 14 days. And still they don’t prioritise our delivery!!! They went and scheduled delivery for the Saturday. Will not be buying from DFS again. No 10/10 for costumer service
