  I go to the post office quite often as I have my own business. Today, I went to Grafton Post Office in Cambridge for the first time. I was quite pleased that there was a post office near my university so it made it easier and quicker for me to send off my parcels. Unfortuently, I will not be going there again as the two ladies, Chrissy and Karen, who both served me made me feel embarrassed to be in the room. They both interrupted me when I spoke and never let me finish a sentence. They didn’t greet me, smile or even show any concern. But when a couple of Caucasian customers came in, the two ladies were smiling and being very nice to them. Karen didn’t put the stamp on my letter as she believed it was a parcel, although It did go through the large envelope hole as she put it through and we all witnessed that it does go through as a large envelope but still said I have to pay for a parcel. Also, I asked if I could have a proof of purchase very politely, she rolled her eyes at me and threw the receipts without saying anything.This was disgusting behaviour and I am very upset by this. I hope this doesn’t happen to any other customer again.

  Helpful staff and prompt service. This place is not much more than a counter and post box so don't expect to buy much beyond postcards and postage-related equipment.
