  Amazing service really friendly and helpful. I went to buy a bike did not know what I wanted, one of the guys approached me and I told him what kind of a ride I wil be doing and the distance. He selected the perfect bike for me without looking any further. I got to test ride as long as I wanted. I told him I need the full gear to go with it i.e. helmet, lock, lights etc. He told me to leave a deposit and come back when the owner was in. I went back two days after and met the owner Dave he sorted me out a very good deal and threw in the lights for free and gave me a good discount. However I did have a problem within the first week of having the bike, I took it back and they fixed it for free and gave me a new seat pole for free. Since then the bike has been trouble free. I bought the bike in May 2017. TA, Cambridge.

  Really helpful staff, letting me know what was wrong with my bike, and suggesting the best time to bring it in (a couple of days later). On the day itself they had it fettled within a few hours and now it's much easier to ride
