I would give no stars if I could! Worst staff ever - No replacement of fault goods. No refund. Worst returns policy ever - Set product off to be tested and then never bothered to tell me a replacement had be sent back to the store for me to collect! Worst telephone customer service ever - the girl on the other end refused to acknowledge my complaint and escalate it, & THEN HUNG UP! You have BETTER consumer rights if you buy from a CHEAPER ONLINE STORE!
