  Poor Customer service and lazy incompetent staff. Visited the Cambridge branch on the weekend to provide my measurements for a suit hire. A good thing is the even though the suit was chosen in London, I am able to go to any Moss Store and provide measurements. Upon entering the store, the only two customer to approach the till, am I supposed to greet the staff or are they? Only two of them in store behind the till have a chin wag. Was I interrupting? The staff responded and asked how can I help? How can you help I say? I would like to provide my measurements for Moss hire please. The staff bought down the suit for me to try. Once the suit arrived, she asked me to put on the waist coat. It was torn, buttons were missing on waist coat. I thought I was trying on the actual piece. No, apparently it a sample for measurement. Then why give me false impression. Long story short, the staff was incompetent, she made me try a large waist coat when I am a slim trim. She made me try on a large blazer 2 sizes above what I wear and she told me that’s the style. I requested to see how this suit will look as I have not seen a visual. She said it will be printed on the receipt? I asked for the size I wanted, she was hesitant in getting it. Do you have the actual suit in store? We do but its down stairs ready for a party. The overall experience was very poor customer service, very lazy staff, short staffed. Felt rushed regardless on not being busy, I didn’t know what I was going to wear, upon confirmation, I asked where the picture of how it looks? It’s not on the receipt. Can I see this online? What colour is it? I was prompting her.
