  I write this review as I am seething with anger. I left my dog there on 17 November 2017 for a groom. Having returned slightly earlier than the expected pick up time I was able to observe the grooming from outside. While some last minute grooming activities were happening at her hind my dog turned to investigate. I watched as the groomer twice hit (and I mean hit rather than merely push) her around the head forcing her head backwards because she was too frustrated that my dog was not standing still. The look of anger and menace on the groomers face was appalling. I went inside to shout that I had observed them being abusive to my dog and the groomer became very violent and agitated refusing to acknowledge what I had seen. When I said “I saw that” she yelled “what...you saw your dog being a brat”. She then physically approaching me in a hostile manner and screaming and threatening. I will be reporting this incident to the police the RSPCA as well as reporting it on all available review sites this is literally the worst experience imaginable. Do not go here!!! There are some great dog loving groomers is out there please do not keep these guys in business. I have taking my dog to Poochie parlor several times however on each occasion I did not return in time to see the actual grooming activity. I wonder how bad they have been treating my dog all this time.

  Having recommended several people to Poochie Parlour, they have all thanked me for doing so. I've seen both groomers at work myself and see just how hard they work, how good they are at their job and the level of customer service they offer. Often giving out free advice where they can. Will continue to recommend to others, keep up the good work!
