  I accidentally picked up a shirt in the wrong size from a different superdry store last week, today I went to this store to change it, when I took the shirts to the till I was horrified at the rudeness of the store manager, yes the manager himself. He picked my shirt up and sniffed it and said "it smells like washing powder" and then accused me of wearing it and washing it for return, why would I wash a shirt and return it when all I wanted was a different size? He then accused me of re tying the knot of the price tag back on to the shirt before muttering under his breath, after proving this idiot wrong he completed my swap before continuing to mutter, if this is what the store management is like then good luck to the store for the future being run by this rude clueless bloke.
