  Terrible place! I went here and got my conch pierced about a year ago, it never healed properly. When I went to another piercing studio to ask their opinion on it, the guy there told me it had been done really badly and they had pierced through the thickest bit of my cartilage so my ear was unlikely to ever heal properly. Put up with it for a year cleaning it every day because it was so red and angry and on Christmas day it got so badly infected my ear swelled up three times the size and I had to have it pulled out of my skin at a&e and I am now on a course of antibiotics! Clearly unprofessional, rushed and don't really know what they are doing! (The ball on the end of the bar also fell off at one point due to them screwing it on too loosely and when I went back they had the cheek to charge me 50p for a replacement one!)
